26-year-old Jeremy Kostelnik was injured when a Mac truck driven by 25-year-old logan Roberts of Caulfield hit the rear of the van that Kostelnik was driving as he attempted to turn. Kostelnik was taken to Ozarks Healthcare. The accident happened on U.S. 160 at county road 6920.
