The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that 51-year-old Michael Miller suffered serious injuries when he drove off the road and struck a tree. Miller was flown to a Memphis Hospital. Miller has also been charged with DWI and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. The accident happened on Missouri 21, five miles south of Doniphan around 9:15 Friday evening.
