40-year-old Christopher Chaney was arrested on a felony warrant out of Tennessee, two charges of hindering prosecution, misdemeanor operating a vehicle without a license, and misdemeanor failure to properly affix a motor vehicle plate. He was taken to the Texas County jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
