The Ozark County Sheriff’s Department is reporting several arrests.

On 04/15/23, Lieutenant Rhoades conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in Tecumseh. The passenger of the vehicle, Michelle Forney, had an active felony warrant out of Arkansas for possession of a controlled substance, and a misdemeanor warrant out of West Plains. She was arrested and booked into jail for her warrants.

On 04/10/23, Deputy Fountain and Lieutenant Rhoades were called to a Domestic disturbance in Pontiac. Upon arrival, they made contact with the parties involved. It was determined from the injuries of the victim that Justin Schaefer was the primary aggressor. He was arrested and booked into jail for a Domestic Assault 1st degree. A warrant was issued for Justin the following day and he is being held in jail on that warrant.

On 03/25/23, Deputy Fountain and Lieutenant Rhoades were called to an address in Gainesville regarding threats made to a victim. The victim produced evidence of several specific threats made to their life. Deputies located the suspect, Donovan Anderson, and arrested him for felony harassment. He was booked into jail.

 

On 03/27/23, Sheriff Martin was contacted about a male acting erratic in the parking lot of Dollar General in Dora. The Sheriff contacted the male who showed signs of being under the influence of a controlled substance. During a search of the male, meth and paraphernalia were located in the possession of the male. Michael Peck was arrested and booked into jail for possession of meth and paraphernalia.

On 03/17/23, Odie Belt and Jerrica Finley were arrested and booked into jail on separate felony warrants for forgery. The warrants were issued after an investigation revealed they stole the checkbook of a male in Caufield and wrote checks to themselves and several businesses, taking more than $1,000 from the victim.

On 03/27/23, Deputy Sherman and Deputy Lane conducted a warrant service for Autumn Dulaney at her residence in Isabella for her felony warrant for Domestic Assault 3rd. They located, arrested, and booked her into jail for her warrant.

On 03/23/23, Deputy Sherman and Lieutenant Rhoades conducted a warrant service for Tony Johnson at his residence in Tecumseh for an active felony warrant for the distribution of a controlled substance. He was located, arrested, and booked into jail for his warrant.

On 04/08/23, Lieutenant Rhoades served a warrant for Brian Dunaway for a felony warrant for a probation violation. He was located, arrested, and booked into jail for his warrant.
