20-year-old Xavier Jewell was arrested for felony possession of equipment with altered or missing VIN, failure to display valid plates, no insurance, failure to receive proof of ownership upon sale of the vehicle, no motorcycle endorsement, and a misdemeanor Laclede County warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Howell County jail.
