42-year-old Ray Rogers of Success is charged with first-degree sodomy. A 19-year-old girl allegedly claimed that Rogers assaulted her on Saturday. Rogers allegedly admitted to touching the girl but said he thought he had her consent. Rogers’s bond is set at $750,000. Rogers was on the Missouri Sex Offender’s list and has a conviction out of Arkansas.
