Jerad Cooper was spotted riding a stolen ATV. He fled the was able to elude police, then allegedly stole a side-by-side and ten was later arrested by Lawrence County deputies. The arrest and investigation are ongoing by multiple agencies. Several previous thefts and break-ins have already been linked and a search warrant was served at a residence on Valley Chapel Road. More charges are expected.
