The Missouri Cheerleading Coaches Association named Madilyn Mayfield, a WPHS sophomore and varsity cheerleader, to the 2023-2023 Academic All-State Cheer Team.
High school cheerleaders must have the following qualifications:
- Sophomore – Senior: Varsity Cheerleader
- 3.5 GPA
- 24 ACT score or the top 20% of their class
