37-year-old Jack Parker was arrested by the Highway Patrol on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, meth 10 grams, a felony warrant from Douglas County for failure to appear for resisting arrest, and a felony Douglas County warrant for possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to the Polk County jail and is being held without bond.
