The Highway Patrol reports that 57-year-old Donald Melton suffered minor injuries when a pickup driven by 49-year-old Brian Cuthbertson of Theodosia, crossed the center line and hit the truck that Melton was driving, Melton then traveled off the roadway and hit a tree. Melton was taken to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains. THE accident happened on U.S. 160, one mile west of Ocie.
