32-year-old Robert Wages of Tecumseh, is charged with first-degree rape, two counts of first-degree sodomy, and misdemeanor failing to stop a person under 21 from drinking alcohol. According to reports the victim was allegedly intoxicated to the point of losing consciousness, but tried to push him away. Wages reportedly admitted the victim was extremely intoxicated and that he had sex with her, but believed it was consensual. A hearing has been set for May 4th in Ozark County.
