
A man is facing multiple felony charges in Fulton County after authorities were called to a home near Hardy for a report of a man breaking into the home, pepper spraying the occupants and beating them with an unknown weapon.
According to the affidavit for probable cause for arrest for 37-year-old Lee Jarod Sisco authorities responded to the home of Jeannie Sisco and her boyfriend who stated Lee had come into the residence while the couple were sleeping and then pepper sprayed the two before proceeding to beat the couple with an unknown object.
After beating the couple, Lee fled the scene. Officers observed visible injuries to both victims and found a small container of pepper spray in the bedroom where the incident had taken place.
As a result, Lee is charged with aggravated residential burglary, a class Y felony; domestic battering in the second degree, a class C felony; aggravated assault, a class D felony and one count of a person who knowingly carries or has in his or her possession tear gas or pepper spray in any form, a class A misdemeanor.
No bond has been issued for Lee Jarod Sisco at this time.
