46-year-old Ricky Henson of West Plains is charged with felony first-degree sodomy or attempt. Henson has also been charged with second-degree harassment. Henson had allegedly been in contact with a child in violation of a protection order by following the youth’s TikTok account, with the purpose of causing the child “emotional distress.” Henson is also the former owner of the Corn-Fed Rascal restaurant on the square in Alton. Henson has entered not-guilty pleas to all of the charges and is scheduled for arraignment on June 2.
