
According to reports from the Mountain Home Police Department, the first threat was phoned into the Harps store on U.S. Highway 62/412 West at about 9:20 Friday evening. The store was evacuated and officers began searching the store. While that search was being conducted, a second bomb threat was called into the midtown Harps store. Mountain Home Police and the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office responded to that location. Both stores were searched and no bombs were found. At this time no arrests have been made in connection with the threats.
