
32-year-old David Scarbrough, fled from police after he rolled through a stop sign and a deputy attempted to stop him. Scarbrough eventually drove into Pheiffer Creek and got stuck, then fled on foot into the nearby woods. He was arrested a short time later. Scarbrough is charged with aggravated assault, for slamming his vehicle into a police vehicle, felony fleeing, felony possession of meth, and felony possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $50,000.
