Shawna Ross allegedly used another inmate’s phone to contact her victim. A Grand jury indictment charges Ross with three counts of tampering with a victim in a felony prosecution. Her bond is set at $500.000. Ross was in jail on charges of statutory sodomy and two counts of trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
