42-year-old Tonya Bangs is charged with third-degree assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest for a felony, and two counts of escape or attempted escape from custody. Bangs was released on a $10,000 bond and has pleaded not guilty. She will have a hearing on June 5th.
