39-year-old Terry Lee Shumate was arrested in connection with a burglary. Deputies used dogs and a helicopter to locate the suspect. Shumate was arrested and charged with aggravated residential burglary, felony fleeing, possession of a firearm by certain persons, aggravated assault, parole violation, failure to appear criminal trespass, and several traffic violations. He is also charged as a habitual offender. He was taken to the Baxter County Detention Center and his bond was set at $250,000
