West Plains Police Department is pleased to announce, on May 8th, 2023, four new police officers were sworn in at West Plains City Hall after just graduating LETI in Columbia Mo. The four officers are Robert Shell, Austin Deshazo, Jacob Miller, and Jerry Mingus. The four officers will complete twelve weeks of field training before being assigned to their sector.
