Shane Ray Reynolds allegedly was on a woman’s property after he was served with an Ex Parte restricting him from being there. Reynolds was spotted by the woman through a window and she locked her door. Reynolds then took her car and drove away. The vehicle was found outside West Plains City limits. Reynolds is being held On a $100,000 bond and will be in court later this month.
