The West Plains School District received a $3,100 donation from the family of Zizzer alum Mr. Joe Davis for the Students Working at Transition (S.W.A.T) Program. Over 80 donations were made to the Joseph Will Davis memorial fund to honor his legacy as an educator. The donation will enhance students’ educational experiences in the S.W.A.T. Program, which Mr. Davis created in 2005. The program assists individuals with disabilities in gaining work experience while attending West Plains High School.
