Friday morning around 9:30 AM, an officer with the West Plains Police Department attempted to serve several active felony arrests warrants out of Howell County for Rodney Allen Fox. Fox fled on foot into a wooded area where the officer lost sight of them. West Plains PD received tips from citizens in the area which allowed them to take Fox into custody. They want to thank everyone who helped apprehend Fox. They could not have done it without your help. Fox is being held on active warrants for burglary, stealing, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of meth manufacturing material. His bond is $160,000.00. Further charges will be pending from Friday’s incident
