Barrett Layne Matthews was arrested after officers with the Arkansas Probation and Parole, Black Rock Police and Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office searched a residence on Matthews Drive and found drugs and paraphernalia. Matthews faces four felony and one misdemeanor charge. He also had his parole revoked.
