The Mammoth Spring Jim Hinkle Spring River Trout Hatchery held a ribbon cutting Wednesday at the facility after upgrades were made. The Hatchery plans to double its production after making the upgrades.
The Jim Hinkle Spring River Trout Hatchery is the AGFC’s only cold water hatchery where they produce about half a million trout right now, but expect to be able to double that production capacity to one million.
