Calvin Harrell is charged with second-degree battery after he allegedly went to a home in Cherokee Village to discuss a warrant, he then reportedly became angry and hit a client several times. The victim was taken to a local hospital, with a concussion, broken arm, broken finger, and broken rib. According to reports, Harrell said the victim attempted to smoke meth in front of him and then attacked him.
