54-year-old Kenneth Turner of Neelyville was arrested on a Butler County warrant for failure to appear and for charges of possession of amphetamine, and possession of meth. 42-year-old June Vandell of Maylor was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance, meth. Both subjects were taken to the Butler County Jail.
