The Baxter County Sheriff’s Office reports that 38-year-old Kristy Shay Leedham-Johnston was arrested and charged with first-degree murder. Saturday, deputies found the body of 48-year-old Mark Dennis Mucha of Mountain Home with a gunshot wound. A gun and a knife were found outside the house where Mucha’s body was found. Leedham-Johnston allegedly told police that he was a really bad man and she did what she had to do to get away. She was taken to the Baxter County Detention Center and her bond was set at $250,000.
