63-year-old Mark Henry Hansen was arrested on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license suspended for DWI, no seat belt, expired tags, no insurance, and parole violation. He was taken to the Baxter County Detention Center and his bond was set at $5,770
