34-year-old Terry Lemmond allegedly broke into a woman’s home armed with a hammer. He allegedly took the woman’s phone and smashed it with the hammer The woman locked herself in the bathroom until Lemmond left. Lemmond has been charged with felony breaking or entering and felony terroristic threatening. He also faces misdemeanor charges of criminal mischief and interference with emergency communications. His bond was set at $10,000
