58-year-old Misti Alice Hicks was being held in the Fulton County jail after a traffic stop, she allegedly became unruly when taken to the shower to be searched, and when getting dressed she urinated in the underwear and threw them at the jailer. Hicks is now charged with aggravated assault on a correctional facility employee. She was arrested after the traffic stop for DWI drugs, refusal to submit to a chemical test, and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. She is now free on a $10,000 bond.
