The Highland Rebels have a new head football coach. Sterling Stowers a graduate of Highland High School, will replace Clay Wiggins as the Head Coach. Stowers is a former wide receiver at Arkansas State and has been an assistant coach at Highland for the last six years. Coach Wiggins will move to an assistant role.
