WEST PLAINS, MO – Trisha Vigna, a board-certified family nurse practitioner at Ozarks Healthcare in Gainesville, will conduct free athletic physicals for student-athletes entering grades 7 through 12 in the 2023 – 2024 school year at three area schools this June and July.
Vigna will be conducting physicals at these school districts during the time frames mentioned below:
- Dora R-III School District (located at 613 County Rd. 379 in Dora) – June 14 from 9 a.m. to noon
- Bakersfield R-IV School District (located at 357 St. Hwy. O in Bakersfield) – June 21 from 9 a.m. to noon
- Gainesville R-V School District (located at 422 Bulldog Dr. in Gainesville) – July 12 from 9 a.m. to noon
Once checked in, students will be directed to the appropriate location to complete their athletic physicals. All students are required to submit a signed consent/medical history form and provide current insurance information from a parent or legal guardian at the time of the physicals.
