43-year-old Tabitha Pebler is charged with second-degree murder in the death of Brandon Chrisco. Pebler allegedly told authorities that she was mowing her lawn when the mower got stuck, she asked Chrisco to help get it unstuck. She said he was upset about having to help with the mower. Then she go the mower stuck again, and he allegedly called her a name and shoved her off the mower. Pebler then allegedly went to a vehicle and grabbed a pistol. She said she fired several warning shots, then shot him. Pebler told authorities that she did not mean to kill him, just scare him.. She is being held on $25,000 bond.
