36-year-old Mark Jefferies, 21-year-old Kaley Burkeen, and 38-year-old Keith Palmer were all arrested after Burkeen’s father allegedly called 911 Monday and accused Jefferies of kidnapping his daughter. Kaley Burkeen allegedly went with Jefferies of her own free will. Jefferies, Palmer, and Burkeen were all arrested after a traffic stop on outstanding warrants.
