The Highway Patrol says that a buggy driven by 23-year-old Sammy Schwartz of Seymour was hit by a car driven by 38-year-old Julia Young of Seymour. Schwartz and 24-year-old Barbara Schwartz both suffered moderate injuries and the baby was killed in the accident, Young was not injured. The accident happened on C Highway, two miles north of Seymour.
