Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office and Arkansas State Police responded to the disturbance. Justin Stahl reportedly ran from police but was caught a short time later. He was arrested on charges of fleeing, driving on a suspended license, careless and prohibited driving, and no proof of insurance. Stahl has a history of domestic violence and assault charges. The incident happened around 11 Friday night.
