64-year-old Robert Lee Synoracki allegedly became unruly in McDonald’s and started cussing. Police were called and arrested him, and a check of his identification showed he was wanted for attempted first-degree murder from a case in Kansas in 1992. Synoracki is also wanted for a battery of a police officer in Florida in 1989. Other charges include federal charges of being a convicted felon in possession of firearms and probation violation. In addition to Kansas and Florida, Synoracki has arrest records in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Illinois. Synoracki is being held without bond in the Stone County Jail.
