Mr. Underwood passed away on Monday at the Kansas Medical Center after losing his battle with cancer. Mr. Underwood served as Oregon County Sheriff from 2008-2016. He was a veteran, serving his country in the 101 Airborne Division of the U.S. Army. Former Sheriff Underwood was 65 years old.
