The Arkansas State Police report that 59-year-old David Hood of Sulphur Rock was killed and 19-year-old Trace Duncan of Bald Knob was injured when Duncan lost control of the pickup he was driving, crossed the centerline, and hit the truck that Hood was driving. The accident happened at 7015 Highway 25, Heber Springs Road. Duncan was transported to White River Medical Center in Batesville.
