27-year-old Justin Fisk and 21-year-old Shailynn Burrow were both arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance, meth, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Fisk was also charged with false impersonation, speeding, no valid plates, displaying the plates of another, and no insurance, and both were charged with no seat belt. The two were taken to the Wright County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
