The Highway Patrol says that 35-year-old Joshua Stroh and 37-year-old Sabrina Cuchine were both injured when Stroh drove off the road and hit a fence and a tree. Both of the injured were taken to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains. The accident happened Sunday afternoon, on Highway 19, four miles north of Alton.
