Monday afternoon three vehicles were involved in an accident about 10 miles south of Mammoth Spring on Highway 63. At this time very few details have been released but unconfirmed witness reports say that a van had a mechanical issue that caused a wheel to come off, causing the van to hit a semi, the van was then forced into the path of another vehicle.
