According to the probable cause affidavit, 51-year-old Robert Green held his wife against her will and threatened to kill her. Green is charged with two felony counts of terroristic threatening, one felony count of aggravated assault, and one felony count of a terroristic act and he is also charged with misdemeanor domestic battery. His bond was set at $25,000.
