39-year-old Reuben Ingram was arrested for felony failure to register as a sex offender, operating a motor vehicle without a license, no insurance, failure to secure a child less than 8 years old in a child restraint or booster seat, failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to register a trailer. He was taken to the Wright County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
