58-year-old Todd Goff was arrested after a woman was hospitalized with serious injuries. Goff allegedly lost his temper and grabbed her by the throat. The woman then went outside and started beating Goff’s truck with a sledgehammer. Goff then allegedly grabbed her throat again causing her to fall. The victim was taken to Springfield Hospital. Goff is charged with three counts of domestic battering and 16 counts of terroristic threatening. He also is charged with interfering with emergency communications and false imprisonment. He is being held on $50,450 bond.
