57-year-old John Leroy Lewis was arrested on charges of two counts of aggravated assault, one count of aggravated assault on a correctional facility officer, two counts of felony possession of drug paraphernalia, felony fleeing, disregard of a stop sign, reckless driving, no insurance, fictitious plates, resisting arrest, driving while license suspended, no seat belt, parole violation, and bond revocation. His bond was set at $15,000 and he will be in court on July 17th.
