With extremely hot temperatures expected the next few days several local Senior Centers will open their doors as cooling stations for residents. The Senior Centers in Alton, Cabool, Gainesville, Houston, Thayer, West Plains, Willow Springs, and Winona will all be open from 8 am until 2:30 pm each day through Friday.
