According to Police Reports, 75-year-old Carl Fisher of Caruthersville was killed, 50-year-old Russell Brown of Mountain Grove suffered moderate injuries and a 16-year-old boy in the Fisher vehicle suffered serious injuries. Both the 16-year-old and Brown were taken to Springfield Hospitals. Details of how the wreck happened have not been released at this time. The accident happened on U.S. 63 in front of the American Legion Hall. An investigation into the wreck is ongoing.
