The Sheriff’s Office reports that 39-year-old Cristopher Steven Alsup and 30-year-old Victoria Sean Watts were both arrested on assault and battery charges. Alsup also is charged with three counts of non-payment of fines and misdemeanor fleeing. Alsup’s bond was set at $3,505 and the bond for Watts was set at $1,000
