A Birch Tree man was arrested on drug charges Sunday evening by the Missouri State Highway Patrol. 30 year old Thomas Brown was arrested about 7:20 Sunday on Felony Possession of a controlled substance, felony Unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of drug paraphernalia charges. He was taken to the Shannon county jail on a 24 hour hold.
